Delivery, escrow, frameworks and support
How do I get my script after paying?
Log in with the Cfx.re account that owns your server key. After checkout the resource appears under Granted Assets in the Cfx.re portal, usually within a few minutes.
Are the scripts escrow encrypted?
Escrow versions are locked by the Cfx.re Asset Escrow system and only run on servers tied to your account. Config, locale and bridge files stay open so you can edit them. Open source versions are listed separately.
Which frameworks are supported?
QBox, QBCore and ESX through a bridge file. Scripts tagged Standalone run without a framework. Each script page lists what it supports.
How do updates work?
When a script gets an update, the new version replaces the old one in your Cfx.re portal. Download it again and keep your config file.
Where do I get support?
Open a ticket on our Discord. Send your framework and the error from the F8 or server console.
Can I get a refund?
Payments are handled by Tebex, so refunds follow the Tebex checkout terms. If a script does not work on your server, open a Discord ticket first.
